Employment Pay for Reporting

WHAT:

  • A contractor providing qualified employment services will be paid $55 per report. Reports will be submitted quarterly per individual, per employment service.
  • Each quarter the contractor will submit an outcome report(s) for every individual receiving qualified employment services. A standalone report will be required for each qualified employment service provided to a single individual.
  • Necessary data elements include units of service delivered, activities completed, individual preferences, individual progress/needs, outcomes, and service completion.

WHY: To incentivize providers to share data to be utilized for benchmarking performance to inform future development of value-based payments.

HOW: Successful submission of 100% of required data report for each quarterly reporting period through a web-based platform.
