Coaching Cohort Description:
During the cohorts participants will assess their current training and coaching processes, identify areas for growth, implement opportunities and tools for staff performance feedback and coaching, as well as develop a policy for sustainable implementation of ongoing skills development through coaching.

Shared Values Cohort Description:
During the cohorts, participants will learn how to develop shared values with buy-in from stakeholders, create environmental values matrices, and identify how to teach and reinforce shared values, as well as implement values data tracking and recognition systems.Dates of Shared Values Cohorts:

Participants will network and connect with peers from across the state. - Cohort Presentation
Based on topic (Shared Values or Coaching), each cohort will focus on identifying current practices, desired outcomes, and steps to implementing multi-tiered systems. - Conclusion
Facilitators will define next steps for participants, discuss supporting documents for reference, and connect participants with coaches and consultants for ongoing support.

Participants from each organization will share and present their progress during the workshop series, highlighting strengths, areas of opportunity, and next steps to build a sustainable system. - Feedback and Networking

- Shared Values Cohort
Description: Cohort focuses on the development of a Shared Values System that identifies organizational shared values, defines each value by specific skills that can be trained and coached, and a reinforcement system that recognizes when a skill is practiced and positively acknowledges it.
Shared Values Cohort Prerequisite Webinars:Cohort Sessions One, Two, and Three Overview:
During the cohorts, participants will learn how to develop shared values with buy-in from stakeholders, create environmental values matrices, identify how to teach and reinforce shared values, as well as implement values data tracking and recognition systems.Optional Cohort Session Four:
Participants share their progress and implementation of agency values, discuss strengths and areas of growth during development, and outline next steps of their system to peer participants.
Between sessions:
One-on-one and group support opportunities provided at least monthly by Positive Supports Consultants and Coaches to support planning, implementation, and data collection.
After sessions:
Agency teams will discuss the impact of the implemented system monthly - reviewing data identified by process and outcome goals. The total number of reinforcements provided each month can be reported to Missouri Tiered Supports to reflect systems implementation statewide.
