Sheila has been the true definition of a leader during this crisis. She keeps staff informed of things that are going on...which sometimes change daily. She's the person, frontline and behind the scenes, that talks about and develops the protocols to ensure staff and clients remain safe. She's the deliverer of good news and sometimes bad news. Sheila, stay safe and well, thank you for all you do. 

She is a great help to the men and women we take care of everyday. She takes special care of the individuals we serve with enthusiasm, warmth, and love from her heart. She does whatever is necessary to create a warm loving environment.
