We have an individual who was moved into a hotel at the beginning to April when the others in her home started testing positive for COVID. She was isolated to prevent her from getting sick and Sheila and Kierra became her two staff. They have gone above and beyond to help this individual and to make this unique time an enjoyable experience for her. This individual loves her new staff and has enjoyed singing along to American Idol with them, enjoying her favorite treats and snacks, getting pampered and having 1:1 girl time with them. The two staff have also done an excellent job of communicating with the guardian who lives out of state and sends pictures and help facilitate face time calls. They have made a challenging situation enjoyable for this individual and are doing a great job!
