Delia has played a major role in supporting the Supervisors and Directors. She has spent countless hours shopping for food, supplies, and even created a 'pantry' for the ISLs. She's also had to maintain her caseload along with transitions of new clients into the ISL. Delia never complains and always makes herself available to assist others. She's handled the stress of this difficult time with grace and I am proud to be a part of her team.
