Following stakeholder input, the Office of Autism Services (OAS) made Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 updates to the Central, Southeast, and Southwest Missouri Autism Project program to capture data on undocumented services, improve timely access to services, address service gaps, and update program standards.
OAS worked with the Office of Administration Information Technology Services Division and regional providers to pilot a new and more efficient electronic contract-reporting method. This new process will replace current efforts that require numerous data entries and multiple spreadsheets. The new reporting system will:
- Provide data entry efficiency
- Afford versatile access to reported data
- Present data in a more user-friendly format
The pilot is currently onboarding to all Central, Southeast and Southwest Missouri Autism Project providers. The current spreadsheet contract report and pilot electronic contract report will both be submitted so the reports can be compared to verify data accuracy or trouble-shoot differences. The target for sunsetting the current spreadsheet contract report and complete transitioning to the new electronic contract-reporting method is on or before FY 2026.
Important Dates:
February 15, 2025:
- Providers upload the pilot contract report data with January 2025 data.
- Providers submit, as usual, the current spreadsheet contract report with January 2025 data
March 15 through July 15, 2025:
- Providers continue to submit spreadsheet contract report and pilot electronic contract reports.
