1/14/26 Update: Self-Directed Supports (SDS) announced that the contract for Fiscal Management Services (FMS) has been awarded to Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL). SDS will continue to work with Acumen through the transition period. The transition to PPL is expected to take several months. DDD staff is working hard to ensure the transition is as easy as possible. DDD staff will provide guidance on the transition plan to people who utilize SDS as soon as it is available.
Persons with a DD waiver who live in their own home or with family may choose Self-Directed Supports (SDS). SDS gives more choice and control over supports. To learn more, see below or contact your SDS Specialist. You may also email general questions to GeneralSDS@dmh.mo.gov
