Waiting List for Services Communication - March 18, 2025
On March 17, 2025, the Governor signed the supplemental budget allowing the Division of Developmental Disabilities to begin enrolling individuals into waivers from the waitlist that began on July 1, 2024. The link below outlines the access to waivers from the waitlist, based on prioritization of need and the date added to the waitlist.
Funding for individuals on the waitlist is dependent on legislative funding on a yearly basis.
