2026 Tiered Supports Summit Call for Posters

 

The 2026 Missouri Tiered Supports Summit will be held at the Wyndham Executive Center in Columbia, MO, August 20th - 21st, 2026.  

 

The Summit will include presentations from Dr. Ruthanne Rehfeldt who will discuss cultivating social community and elaborate on the barriers presented by psychological processes known as experiential avoidance and behavioral rigidity in limiting individuals’ engagement in social contexts as well as the role of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) in fostering values-based actions in the areas of social relationships.  

Breakout sessions will follow on the two-day summit, regarding organizations implementation strategies, process building, staff performance, advocation, behavioral leadership and many more!  

 

Early bird registration is open now, at $25. Standard registration will start July 1st at $35 – Registration here!

The Missouri Behavioral Health Council (MBHC) has approved this program for behavioral health continuing education contact hours. MBHC will be responsible for this program and maintain a record of your continuing education hours earned. 

 

2026 Tiered Supports Summit Call for Posters

The Annual Tiered Supports Summit is calling for posters! Have something interesting your organization has been working on? Want to share information on systems, events, trainings? Submit a poster proposal to the email below and come share it with providers, direct service personnel, therapists, support coordinators, TCM’s, public administrators, and others from across the state of Missouri, and bordering states! Have an idea, but not sure where to start?! Our team can support you in building and showcasing your ideas! 

Topics could include: 

  • Building a system in your organization
  • Data you'd like to share
  • Training events
  • New ideas for supporting individuals

The deadline for submissions is: May 17th  

The date of the Summit is: August 20th and 21st at the Wyndham Executive Center

If you are selected to present a poster, it is required that you or a representative are present at the event

“We welcome posters from professionals, researchers, state and local agencies, provider organizations, educators, students, and system leaders who are applying positive behavior supports and organizational behavior management principles in meaningful and practical ways. Poster submissions may showcase research, implementation efforts, quality improvement initiatives, pilot projects, evaluation findings, system redesign, or lessons learned from practice. “
