Self-Directed Supports

The Request for Proposal for contracted Fiscal Management Services has not concluded. An award will be announced when the process is finalized. A contract extension with Acumen has been completed.  Support Coordinators can now enter in budgets from 10/1/26 to 1/31/27.  

Persons with a DD waiver who live in their own home or with family may choose Self-Directed Supports (SDS). SDS gives more choice and control over supports. To learn more, see below or contact your SDS Specialist. You may also email general questions to GeneralSDS@dmh.mo.gov
