I had the pleasure of working with Lucy in the isolation home. I found her to be a team player. She suggested that we support the consumers together to minimize the exposure.  One of our consumers was not happy that she was moved out of her home; she displayed behaviors the entire shift, however, Lucy was very compassionate and professional. She is a true hero.
