Kendra is our executive director. She has spent countless hours ensuring that all of our managers, team members and residential sites have what they need to thrive during the COVID19 crisis. She has received nasty looks and glares as she was shopping for cleaning supplies and toilet paper. She has come close to being banned from our local Walmart because the store manager didn't seem to care that she was shopping for 20 different homes where people can't shop for themselves (apparently the limit of one bottle of 409 is a hard rule with no leniency or exceptions). She has been chewed out more times than I can count as people have accused her of hoarding supplies. And when she is not shopping in stores for what the homes need, she is shopping online at Amazon.com making sure each house has craft supplies, movie supplies, spa day supplies and games to keep people engaged. She worked tirelessly making sure every team member had a mask long before they were being required. She has personally made bottle after bottle of hand sanitizer so that no home is without. She puts herself at risk every day making sure that everybody at the agency has what they need to be safe and remain healthy.
