Cuc really stepped up to make sure the ladies are well taken care of during this time. It's been a big transition going from the day program to being home every day and she has made sure that the individuals in her care are being taken care of and are participating in activities that encourage active engagement. She's assisted several new staff coming in, ensured that the spring cleaning was completed, and been on top of keeping supplies in the home so that proper disinfecting can be done at all times. She hasn't missed a day of work during implementation of the stay at home orders and has stayed late several times to help out when needed.
