Charlie is employed at a St. Louis Workshop. A major PPE producer in Columbia, Missouri made a call for help to DESE and DESE, in turn called out to the Missouri workshop providers. Charlie himself, drove out to Columbia, loaded up his pick-up truck with supplies to make masks and has people working from home to do the very needed job. I think everyone wants to help how they can during this time, and Charlie made it possible for the workshop employees to do that!
