As a leader and mentor in her home, Antoinette has guided the team through illness and grief. She is a role model to her team, assuring the best supports are provided even in this time of crisis. To assure continuity of care, Antoinette has worked various shifts when asked. When asked by a supervisor to assist in duties she had not done before, there was no hesitation.
