Health Information Exchange

Program Logo

The Division of Developmental Disabilities, in partnership with the Department of Social Services’ MO HealthNet Division, offered a one-time Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Provider Onboarding Program to connect HCBS providers to Missouri’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) in 2023. The 2023 HIE Onboarding Program has closed, however there may be additional opportunities to patriciate in the future.

Onboarding to the HIE provides valuable opportunities to collect, share, and receive data for individuals across the entirety of their care continuum in any healthcare setting, including long term services and supports. Please review the materials below for more information on the program, eligibility requirements, and how to participate.

A special thank you to providers who have taken the initiative to establish partnerships with Health Information Networks to expand their access to health information through this opportunity!
