LaTisha has been working almost 24/7 with an individual who has high needs and is nonverbal. She has been doing this since October of 2019 and used to get at least a six hour break while the individual attended their day program. However, with the current situation with COVID-19, she has not been getting that break. She has not complained once and continues to do her job well every day. She makes sure that her person is happy, healthy, and safe. She stays with him during his difficult times and understands when he has an outburst or aggressive behavior. She is an awesome person and truly cares for the people that she takes care of. Kudos to her for staying focused and on point during the pandemic scare and every other day!
