Leadership is more than a title, it’s something we choose to do because it’s who we are. DMH Way Ambassadors are staff that volunteer their time to be DMH Way leaders. DMH Way Ambassadors serve as advocates for the DMH Way at their locations by helping locations implement DMH Way practices and principles necessary to create stronger working relationships, better engagement, and more fulfillment.
