DMH Way Adjuncts are staff that volunteer their time to be DMH Way content facilitators. DMH Way Adjuncts help locations teach DMH Way practices and principles. Being an Adjunct within the DMH Way is answering a call to action; an opportunity to help build stronger working relationships, engagement, and fulfillment DMH wide.

- Become a DMH Way subject matter expert by attending a Foundation Session, Adjunct Boot Camp, and successfully completing certification requirements.
- Put DMH Way tools into practice and be a model for others.
- Engage with local leadership regarding DMH Way activities and implementation.
- Engage with the DMH Way internal team regarding DMH Way Foundation Sessions and Skill ups
- Conduct DMH Way Foundation Sessions and Skill Up Sessions at your location making sure:
- Facilitation “beats” are implemented with fidelity.
- Participants feel welcomed.
- Sessions fun, real, and relevant.
- To utilize the Skills Transfer process throughout the session.
