The SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery (SOAR) training is free and provides the skills to assist consumers with benefits acquisition through SSA. The course provides 16 CEUs to the trainee for FREE! Assistance with coursework and the application of learning in MO is available through the State Leaders.
