Our residency program has been duly accredited by ASHP since July 13, 2016. Accreditation was recently renewed for the remainder of our 6-year cycle (2023).

Our residency program is based on a scientist-practitioner model that emphasizes application of evidence-based psychopharmacology, interventions, and assessments for individuals with severe mental illness and emotional disorders. We attempt to create an atmosphere for residents that will enhance personal and professional growth through a series of longitudinal experiences, didactic offerings, and opportunities for participation in special projects. It is our hope that residents will enjoy this experience while they expand their knowledge and skill base.
