Participate in Children's Mental Health week by getting some exercise out in nature! This 1 mile fun run-walk-roll is free and open to the public. Meet at Shelter 2. If you'd like a shirt and a medal, the National Alliance on Mental Health-Missouri offers a 5K kit for $20.
Participants can walk, run, ride bikes, push strollers, roller blade, etc. along the park road. Expect to share the roadway with vehicles, but the majority of the route is within the "one way traffic” section of the park. Wear your running shoes and bring a helmet if you will be riding.
Don't forget your water and sunblock!
