Participate in Children's Mental Health week by getting some exercise out in nature! This 5K is a noncompetitive hike is free and open to the public. If you'd like a shirt and a medal, the National Alliance on Mental Health-Missouri offers a 5K kit for $20.
Meet at the Swimming Deer Trailhead which is located in the campground, behind the shower house. This 3.2 mile trail should take about 2 hours to complete.
