Operational Excellence (OPEX) is about improving the way we do business every day. This includes improving systems for data-based decision-making. To support this effort, the Department has a team working on the DMH data dashboard. The dashboard provides monthly status updates on Department initiatives to help ensure we are moving in the right direction.
