2011 Show Me You Care About Suicide Prevention Conference
The Sixth Annual "Show Me You Care About Suicide Prevention" Conference will be held in Jefferson City on July 28-29, 2011. Featured presenters include:
- Sally Spencer-Thomas, Psy.D., clinical psychologist, mental health advocate, faculty member, and survivor of her brother’s suicide. She currently holds leadership positions for the Carson J Spencer Foundation, the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, and the American Association for Suicidology.
- Patrick Arbore, Ed.D., founder and the Director of the Center for Elderly Suicide Prevention and Grief Related Services (CESP), a program of the Institute on Aging in San Francisco, CA.
- Frank R. Campbell, Ph.D., LCSW, CT, senior consultant for Campbell and Associates Consulting, LLC. He is the past Executive Director of the Baton Rouge Crisis Intervention Center, Inc., and The Office of Clinical Research and Consultation.
