The 1115 Waiver Application for the Mental Health Crisis Prevention Project was submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by MO HealthNet on April 12, 2016, and has been posted to the Department of Social Services/MO HealthNet website at http://dss.mo.gov/mhd/waivers/1115-demonstration-waivers/mental-health-crisis-prevention-project.htm. This project is designed to provide early intervention, treatment and community support services to uninsured Missourians aged 21 to 35 with income levels at or below 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Level who are identified through a behavioral health crisis.
