Behavior Resource Team- Purpose & Philosophy

• To help individuals to achieve meaningful relationships, a predictable environment, and the opportunity to develop skills.

• Help families obtain the knowledge, skills, tools, and support necessary to teach and encourage desirable behaviors and prevent challenging behavior.

• Help agencies to teach and train staff to use effective, preventive strategies and to develop the capacity to teach and encourage desirable behaviors and to address challenging behavior using evidence-based practice
