Behavior Resource Team Tasks

• Identification of high need individuals, potential crisis individuals
• By reviewing data from a variety of sources

 

• Conduct the Agency Systems Support Evaluation Tool (ASSET) - used to give feedback to Agency regarding possible strategies for improvement to prevent escalation of individual(s) to crisis
• Crisis Safety Plan strategies developed with Agency Team

• Tools of Choice training of Agency Administration, Management and Direct Staff or Primary Family decision makers and care takers.

• Technical Assistance and training with Agency Team and Coaching 

• to develop systems to train staff on positive, proactive and preventative strategies including Tools of Choice and from indicators of ASSET
• coach and give feedback on identified strategies,
• follow up to ensure consistent and correct use of strategies by all staff at all times
• collect data to determine effectiveness of strategies
• adjust systems specific to agency for implementation of strategies

 

• Consultation with families and associated team members to incorporate positive, proactive and preventative strategies into daily family life

• Develop family friendly data collection method to determine effectiveness and to make adjustments as necessary
