MPACT: MPACT is a statewide parent training and information center serving all disabilities. Our mission is to ensure that all children with special needs receive an education that allows them to achieve their personal goals.

Midwest Special Needs Trust: Midwest Special Needs Trust (MSNT) provides trust services for persons with disabilities. In addition, MSNT administers the Charitable Trust. Funds of the Charitable Trust are used to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities who meet eligibility and income criteria.

Charitable Trust Funding: The Charitable Trust has more grant money this year because investment earnings improved. The Board invites Missourians with disabilities to apply for financial awards up to $1000 to assist with unmet needs.

Missouri Assistive Technology: The mission of Missouri Assistive Technology is to increase access to assistive technology for Missourians with all types of disabilities, of all ages.

Missouri Childcare Resource and Referral Network:The Missouri Child Care Resource and Referral Network coordinates the activities of the seven child care resource and referral agencies that serve all 115 counties in Missouri. We advocate for high quality, affordable, and accessible care for all Missouri families.

Parents as Teachers: Parents as Teachers is the overarching program philosophy of providing parents with child development knowledge and parenting support. The organizational vehicle for delivering that knowledge and support is Parents as Teachers National Center.

Project Access: Project ACCESS provides autism resource information to public schools in the form of on-site and telephone consultations, as well as support via internet.  In addition, Project ACCESS designs autism specific professional development opportunities and trains professional credentialed individuals to present these courses through Missouri's Regional Professional Development Centers. These trainings are offered to Missouri school district staff and educators who work with youngsters ages 0-21 years, who experience Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities.  On-site child specific consultations can be arranged through the use of Missouri Autism Consultants and district staff can be trained to be In-district Autism Consultants.

Vocational Rehabilitation (VR): VR specializes in employment and training services that can assist individuals in becoming employed.
