Status Report on Missouri's Substance Abuse and Mental Health

The Status Report presents and compares Missouri and national rates of alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drug use and mental health problems based on survey data. Sources include the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, the Missouri Student Survey, the Missouri College Health Behavior Survey, the Youth Risk Behavior Survey, the Behavioral Risk Factor Survey, and the Monitoring the Future Survey. The report also provides state, region, and county profiles containing substance abuse and mental illness indicators data obtained from state agencies, services provided by the Missouri Division of Behavioral Health (DBH), formerly the Divisions of Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Comprehensive Psychiatric Services, and survey results from the Missouri Student Survey.
